As we wait for Superman & Lois to return to The CW, we catch up on recent news and preview the remaining 10 episodes of Season 1.

The first 5 episodes of Superman & Lois have been (temporarily) added to HBO Max

  • (HBO Max on Twitter) Will be available to stream for subscribers until May 17
  • Extended cuts
  • In HD, not 4k
  • Still free to stream in the U.S. (with ads) on The CW’s website and apps or to purchase at digital retailers

Possible Season 1 finale date – (Deadline)

  • A new episode will air August 10 and the finale will (possibly?) be August 17
  • Finale would be July 20 if no breaks
  • Would mean 4 more “off” weeks if August 17 finale
