Action Comics #844
- Pod lands with kid
- Kid speaks Kryptonese and has super strength
- Lois is writing a story about it, says that he could be the new “Superboy”
- Clark is convinced the kid is from Krypton
- The military takes the kid to Washington DC, makes Superman very angry
- Sarge Steel says the test proved he was Kryptonian
- Superman attacks the military convoy that’s transporting the kid
- Superman shows up at Kent farm with the kid, asking for help
Action Comics #845
- Clark takes the kid to the fortress. Jor-El doesn’t know who the kid is.
- Lois and Clark debate about if they can be the parents to this kid
- Lex sets Bizarro loose to find the kid
- Superman and Bizarro fight
- The kid saves Lois
- They take him as their foster son and name him Christopher
- General Zod, Ursa and others land in pods. Christopher is their son.
Action Comics #846
- Zod breaks into the fortress and accesses the records about himself
- Lois and Clark take Christopher to the daily planet and try to pass him off
- Zod and company show up to fight
- Ursa takes Christopher from Lois, his name is Lor-Zod
- More Kryptonians show up and Superman is trapped in the phantom zone

- In the phantom zone (cool artwork), Superman meets Mon-El
- Christopher was born in the phantom zone
- Superman escapes the phantom zone
- Zod is rounding up all the heroes to the fortress
- Ursa taunts Lois for not being able to have a Kryptonian child
- Christopher tries to fight back
- Superman finds Lex, and asks for his help to stop Zod
- Lex has team of Bizarro, Parasite, and Metallo (Superman Revenge Squad)
Action Comics Annual #11
- Lex and Superman have a great conversation about why Lex is helping. Lex wants people to see Superman as an alien invader and look up to humans.
- Zod and company fight big military group
- Zod threatens to kill Christoper, Superman saves him
- Superman saves Lois and frees all the trapped heroes
- Christopher shows up to help Superman fight Zod
- Lex is going to send all the Kryptonians to the phantom zone, including Superman
- Christopher sacrifices himself to close the phantom zone and save Superman
